PRESIDENT

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of powerlifting.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience with external relations & building relationships
Role model for the sport and the ethos of Powerlifting Isle of Man.
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant.

CHAIRPERSON

Requirements

Experience in a powerlifting chair role.
Strong facilitation & leadership skills.
Decision making and conflict resolution abilities.
Previous board member or committee leading experience in a sporting or non-profit organisation.
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant.

VICE CHAIRPERSON

Requirements

Familiarity with Federation and Powerlifting operations
Leadership qualities and experience
Effective communication skills
Previous team leadership or project management responsibility in a sports federation or similar environment
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Requirements

Senior leadership experience
Strategic acumen
Prior CEO or management role in the sports industry or related field, with organisational growth record
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Requirements

Leadership background
Strong organisational skills
Managerial experience, with operational oversight and strategic support capabilities
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Requirements

Finance or Accounting qualification or qualified by experience
Experience in financial managerial operations, preferably in sport or non-profit organisation
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Requirements

Part qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
Experience in financial management or supporting roles.
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

REFEREE & VOLUNTEER MANAGER

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of powerlifting rules, regulations & competition procedures
Knowledge or experience of rotas, registers and organising training
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

TECHNICAL MANAGER

Requirements

Technical Management experience and a high level of technical knowledge
Knowledge or powerlifting equipment, including familiarity with specifications, brands and quality standards
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant

MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Requirements

Develop media & communication strategies
Strategic content creation and management for social media and website
Event promotion and brand management
Be in good standing with Powerlifting Isle of Man, British Powerlifting, the IPF including being WADA compliant
